Bonchon Chicken... my version


Ingredients:

Chicken Wings & Legs
Sesame Seed
Oil
Ginger
Garlic
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Chilli Sauce
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar
Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar

Direction:

Clean the chicken and drain, add some Salt and Pepper
Add flour on the Plastic and add chicken then SHAKE IT =))
Deep Fry for 10 minutes (medium )
Remove the chicken from the pan after 10 minutes and make it cold just wait 15 minutes
Fry again for another 10 minutes in the same pan  (medium) *to turn the chicken more crispy and juicy*

Sauce:

Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar  and small amount of water
Add crush garlic, crush ginger & apple cider vinegar (small amount)
Put Chilli Sauce and Honey 
Simmer for 5 minutes (small heat)

Put the Crispy Chicken in the plastic, pour sauce on the chicken and  SHAKE IT :)

Sprinkle the roasted sesame seed 

Served with Cold Beer ....hahahah
